We are delighted to be working with this prestigious firm in their search for a Senior Corporate Tax lawyer. The team is very well-established and has a leading reputation, delivering commercial advice across the full spectrum of transactions - from M&A transactions, to structured financings, to restructurings, to fund establishments, to large commercial real estate deals.
As a Senior Associate / Counsel / Director, you can expect to enjoy key involvement in some of the world's largest and most complex matters, often with a strong international element. In addition to varied transactional work, you will enjoy providing clients (mostly corporates, financial institutions and government bodies) with unique and bespoke tax advice whilst also gaining some exposure to tax disputes.
