As one of the largest law firms in the world spanning five continents, they have more than 40 offices located in key capital cities and world commercial and financial centers. Their fund formation lawyers advise fund sponsors on all aspects of private equity and venture capital funds around the world. They advise sponsors ranging from emerging managers raising US$10 million to institutional managers raising over US$5 billion.
We work with our clients to identify and implement the most appropriate structure for organising their business and fund offerings, including selecting the optimal jurisdiction and legal structure, based on the industry and asset class of the fund. They are seeking an able and experienced lawyer to join their funds team in the London office. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and hard working individual with a minimum of four years experience, looking to develop their career at a global firm.
The Group works very closely with the transactional PE team particularly when advising independent sponsors. There is also work for managers across venture capital, credit and real estate, with exposure to some secondaries transactions.
