This City-based real estate finance practice operates as a sub-group of the banking team and advises a range of lenders and borrowers, including funds, property investment and development companies, clearing banks, overseas banks, and direct lenders.
The workload in the team is varied, including domestic and overseas financings, re-financings, restructurings, and loan acquisitions. These are in the context of a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, primary and secondary investments, and property developments.
