Overview

Our client's Real Estate Litigation Practice team bring a strategic, business-minded approach to problem solving that proactively helps clients achieve their objectives in the most efficient and cost-efficient manner possible - whether in a single locale or across multiple jurisdictions.

They represent clients in virtually all forums, including the High Court, arbitral organisations and other alternative dispute resolution arenas. Owners, developers, secured lenders, loan participants, governmental entities, bondholders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and others seek the Group's practical guidance on a wide range of issues, including contractual matters such as buy-sell agreement and security enforcement, restructuring financial obligations, recovering secured or unsecured assets, modifying the relationship of debt and equity, managing and enhancing assets, and acquiring new assets at adjusted cost basis.

Currently very busy, they are seeking a mid to senior level associate to join the team. The hourly targets are a very reasonable 1600, whilst they pay close to Magic Circle comp£ - this is a great deal!
