Overview
Our client\’s Global Projects & Infrastructure group brings together a team of lawyers to advise clients on all aspects of energy and infrastructure transactions – from project development and finance to the purchase and sale of infrastructure assets and infrastructure companies to restructuring arrangements.
Lawyers in their Global Projects & Infrastructure group have experience on some of the leading transactions worldwide, in established as well as emerging markets.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience of project finance (mining and metals in particular) will be helpful.
- Experience of deals involving African, Central and Eastern European and Latin American jurisdictions is beneficial.
- Language skills are a plus.
