Our client, a leading international firm in the City, is seeking a dynamic Private Equity Partner to help drive its elite practice. With PEP above £2 million, the firm offers outstanding financial rewards and the stature to lead market-defining transactions across Europe, the US and key emerging markets.
The team advises private equity sponsors, funds, co-investors, family offices and limited partners. Work spans the full investment lifecycle - from fund formation and buyouts to portfolio management, secondary transactions and exits. Sectors the team has bench strength in are broad and include financial services, insurance, energy, TMT, education, health care, and life sciences.
The impressive client base includes alternative and multistrategy asset managers such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. You will collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across other teams including corporate, finance, tax and regulatory disciplines.
This is a truly international platform with entrepreneurial drive and long-term investment in its people – ideal for a seasoned or more junior private equity lawyer ready to capitalise on a top-tier practice and a PEP exceeding £2 million.
