The Group acts mainly for employers and pension scheme trustees but also provides advice to pension scheme providers (eg providers of SSASs and SIPPs). They advise on all aspects of scheme mergers, reconstructions and wind-ups, and handles the pension aspects of company acquisitions and disposals.
They are heavily involved with private finance initiatives. They are also experienced in pensions litigation including internal dispute resolution procedures, pensions ombudsman complaints and representative actions at the high court.
