We are delighted to be instructed by this highly profitable, mid‑market international law firm in the City seeking to appoint an exceptional Patent Litigation Partner as part of its continued strategic expansion. The firm is consistently top‑ranked for its patent disputes capability and is particularly renowned for its market‑leading work before the Unified Patent Court, acting on many of the most complex and high‑value cases currently before the tribunal.
Life sciences is a core pillar of the practice, with the firm advising leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies on their most critical disputes. The successful candidate will be an established partner with a strong profile in patent litigation, ideally with deep experience in life sciences‑related disputes, including SPCs, biologics, pharmaceuticals and complex multi‑jurisdictional proceedings.
A proven track record of leading major cases, an excellent network of industry and referrer contacts, and a meaningful portable book of business are essential. The ability to operate as a trusted adviser to sophisticated, innovation‑driven clients will be key.
