A leading international law firm with a market-leading Tier 1 Trade & Commodities Finance practice is seeking to appoint an experienced Partner as part of its long-term strategic growth plans. The firm advises a broad spectrum of financial institutions, commodity traders, funds and multinational corporates on complex cross-border financing matters across key global markets. This appointment represents a significant investment in the continued expansion of an already highly regarded platform and offers the opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future direction of the practice.

Applications are sought from established Trade & Commodities Finance Partners with a minimum of four years' experience at partner level within a recognised international or leading domestic firm. Candidates should possess a strong technical reputation in structured trade finance, borrowing base facilities, receivables finance and wider commodities-related financing transactions, together with a demonstrable track record of developing client relationships and originating work. A reasonable and sustainable portable book of business will be required, alongside the ability to integrate into and further enhance an ambitious and collaborative partnership.
