The role would suit a partner with at least four years' experience at partnership level, a strong standing in the shipping market and an established network of industry contacts. Relevant work may include charterparty and cargo disputes, bills of lading claims, marine casualties, ship sale and purchase disputes, marine insurance and international arbitration. A strong portable book of business is essential, together with a credible strategy for developing further work and strengthening existing client relationships.
