Our client is a well established specialist IP practice, renowned for their focus on pharmaceutical / life sciences patent disputes. Working on cutting edge matters, the team handle cases before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Patents Court and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court. The client base is diverse but they also have particular experience in the healthcare sector, and represent some of the world's leading life sciences and medical technology innovators.
Although a very technical team, the firm is proud of its friendly down to earth culture and its ability to offer its staff a good work / life balance and good career progression. This role is suited to a bright junior IP lawyer NQ+ pqe with direct patent litigation experience that is looking for a collegiate firm where they can settle long term. A STEM background is very much preferred.
