Highly regarded international law firm is seeking a 3-6PQE Employment Associate to join its market‐leading Employment practice in London. The firm offers an attractive remuneration package and excellent career progression prospects. The Employment practice advises an unrivalled client base—including financial institutions and global corporates—on a broad range of international and domestic employment law matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on both contentious and non‐contentious employment matters
  • Handle issues related to discrimination, whistle‐blowing claims, and boardroom disputes
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion policies
  • Provide counsel on data protection, employment contracts, outsourcing and union work

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of post‐qualification experience at a highly respected regional, international or US law firm
  • Strong academic record
