This stellar group of international tax lawyers, including lawyers qualified in the U.S. and the U.K., advise on a wide range of cross-border matters for both non-U.S. and U.S.-based clients. They regularly work with multinational business enterprises, financial institutions, and investors on the international and domestic tax aspects of private equity transactions, M&A, financings, business restructurings and joint ventures.
Their clients include public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, public and private mutual funds, hedge funds and other unregistered pooled vehicles, including sovereign wealth funds, fund sponsors and advisors, institutional investors and other institutions with a significant capital market presence, including domestic and foreign tax-exempt entities.
