Our client is a highly profitable international law firm with a strong City presence, seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join its well‑resourced Corporate team.

Responsibilities

  • The role is focused on private company M&A, high‑growth businesses, and founder‑led companies, and is especially suited to a partner with a strong track record advising clients in the technology and/or life sciences sectors.
  • The team advises a diverse domestic and international client base on UK and cross‑border transactions, including private M&A, strategic investments, venture and growth capital transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other complex corporate matters.

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have at least seven years experience as a Corporate Partner, an established and portable client base, and proven business development credentials.
