The role will involve working closely with partners and other colleagues across the firm on high value, complex international arbitration cases - principally focused on infrastructure and major project disputes between parties located in multiple jurisdictions in the construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with team members to formulate case theory and strategy.
- Assuming a key role in drafting written submissions, including managing more junior members of the team in the process.
- Managing research and document review processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of witness and expert evidence.
- Liaising directly with clients, witnesses and experts, tribunals, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Working closely with partners on BD initiatives, including law-review publications, client briefings and conference presentations.
