Rare opportunity to join the International Capital Markets team at a leading global law firm as a PSL/Knowledge Lawyer on a full or part-time basis. This market leading team covers a broad area of finance, working with colleagues across different practice groups and jurisdictions on a variety of high profile deals. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a well established Knowledge function and work alongside a number of Senior PSLs.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering internal and external training
  • Keeping the team and its clients up to date on significant legal changes
  • Producing internal updates and client publications
  • Responding to fee earner enquiries
  • Working on new opportunities for innovation on knowledge projects

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with some debt capital markets experience, ideally gained at a major international law firm. Prior PSL experience is not necessary, but strong communication and organisational skills are required.
