We are pleased to be instructed on this new vacancy within one of the leading City / Global law firms. As a result of sustained growth they are looking for a c.4-7pqe lawyer to join the highly ranked Finance Practice.
The practice advises both lenders and borrowers (including financial sponsors) on the financing of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, particularly leveraged acquisitions. Typical transactions would take the form of private equity sponsored MBOs, corporate acquisitions and public bids as well as refinancings and recapitalisations. The practice has also been involved in the financing of joint ventures and structured property transactions and, more recently, in the restructuring of distressed financings.
To be considered you should have experience gained within a top tier City firm OR a combination of a City firm background and then experience with a bank. You should possess a commercial outlook, strong technical skills and a \’can do\’ attitude. Salary comparable to Magic Circle and excellent career track through to partnership.
