Who you will work with
- Senior executives and legal teams shaping strategy and executing on their most complex transactions.
- A diverse range of the world\’s most ambitious companies and investors across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Cross-functional client teams, including in-house legal, commercial, procurement and M&A project leads to deliver practical solutions on complex transactions.
- The firm\’s global lawyers in corporate, private capital, IP, employment, antitrust, litigation, finance, tax, capital markets, and energy, all as part of a close-knit London team of technology specialists.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead high-stakes, cross-border carve-outs, business separations, outsourcings, technology procurements and collaborations.
- Mentor, inspire and lead teams, driving excellence (at the more senior level).
- Build and manage client relationships, driving business development and thought leadership.
- Translate complexity into clear, actionable advice for senior stakeholders.
- Grow the firm\’s profile through thought leadership, media engagement, and strategic client development.
