Our client is a global law firm who is looking for an experienced Funds lawyer to join its London office in a hybrid PSL (Knowledge Lawyer) / Practice Manager type role on a four or five days a week basis. A Corporate lawyer with Private Investment Funds experience is sought to work collaboratively with the Funds group and further their strategic objectives of training, developing and retaining excellent lawyers.
Working with the group's Senior PSL and Practice Manager, your varied responsibilities in this role will include:
- Establishing and overseeing the group's paralegal team
- Developing precedents and templates
- Working with the firm's innovation team particularly in relation to new technologies
- Developing and running training programmes
- Mentoring team members
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Private Investment Funds lawyer with 5+ years of experience at a major law firm or in an equivalent in-house role, with strong communication skills. A good work / life balance and a competitive salary are on offer for the right candidate.
