The group focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, in connection with a broad range of matters, including fund formation and on-going operational matters, co-investments and secondary transactions. They also advise fund sponsors and managers in structuring their governance and compensation arrangements.
