The practice takes on a range of high-level matters, from formation to the restructuring and termination of hedge funds, private equity funds and hybrid funds in the Cayman Islands. The individual will develop working relationships with a top clientele of European fund managers, working alongside some of the most experienced fee-earners in the market. There is an unobstructed progression track, and the team maintains a market-leading reputation for the quality of their work.

The firm is seeking applications from lawyers with five years\’ post-qualification experience in either funds, corporate or regulatory law from a top city firm. A stellar academic background is also a necessity.
