Our client is seeking a junior to mid level associate to join their Financial Services Regulatory team to focus on non-contentious advisory work for investment managers and funds, providing practical, commercial guidance on UK and EU regulatory issues and supporting clients on cross-border matters.
Their non-contentious financial regulatory team advises on the full spectrum of UK/EU financial services regulation, including regulatory implementation and planning across AIFMD, Mi FID II, EMIR, SFTR, SFDR and MAR, as well as marketing, trading and governance systems and controls.
The work is complex, international and big ticket.
You will work closely with the lead Partner, alongside their wider financial services regulatory team, with regular cross-practice collaboration.
The role offers early responsibility, direct partner exposure and a high calibre client base in the investment management sector.
Full US rates, to c.£260k base.
