This international firm is seeking a mid-level associate (circa 2-4pqe) to join its growing Employment team of around 20 specialist fee earners. The role will provide you with significant responsibility, and you will act predominantly for employers and respondents. The clients include well-known tech and media clients.
The work will be wide-ranging and include:
- Tribunal litigation
- Advocacy at preliminary hearings
- Providing advice on a variety of employee relations issues
- Drafting and advising on HR policies
- Employment contracts
- Acting for HNW individuals
- Dealing with High Court proceedings
- An element of corporate support
To be considered for this role you should have gained good all-round employment experience at a comparable City firm or leading regional practice.
