Superb opportunity to join a US heavyweight, renowned in the TMT sector. They are seeking an associate at the c.2-5pqe level to focus on UK/US advisory work and also to work regularly with members of the firm's wider U.S. Employee Benefits and Compensation team on mutual clients with particular emphasis on EMI arrangements, non-qualified plans, CSOP and growth shares.
The firm pays full Cravath ££, however they retain a more friendly culture as you would expect from a Silicon Valley firm than their NY counterparts.
