This mid-market international firm with a superb client roster is seeking a 5+pqe corporate real estate senior associate. This firm has grown in size and revenue year on year. They now lay claim to one of the largest real estate teams, meaning that they are able to advise on investment deals in excess of £100m and development deals with end values of approx. £500m+
You will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of corporate real estate transactions for a range of clients in the areas that they focus on including significant numbers of clients in the tech space.
To be considered for this role you should have practised with a well regarded corporate real estate practice (City or Regional) and have solid previous experience of corporate real estate transactions. You should also have good BD skills. Career development and progression will be excellent through to partnership. Competitive City Salary and benefits. Agile working encouraged.
