Are you a Corporate lawyer who would be keen to move into a new PSL / Knowledge Lawyer role at an international law firm, working on a full or part-time basis?
This firm’s highly regarded Corporate group is looking for an additional PSL to work alongside two others and to play a key role in a strong and growing area for the firm. The role will involve working collaboratively with lawyers at all levels in a supportive and collegiate environment, and the PSL will use their strong technical knowledge to strengthen the group’s legal expertise and improve the group’s efficiency.
This is a broad role which will include:
- Organising and delivering legal training
- Developing and maintaining the group’s precedents, templates, and practice notes
- Keeping the team up to date on significant legal changes
- Producing internal updates
- Dealing with technical queries
- Mentoring trainees and junior lawyers
The PSL will also work with the firm’s Head of Knowledge and other PSLs on firmwide projects.
The successful candidate will have significant Corporate experience, ideally gained at a major law firm. Previous PSL experience and innovation technology experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong drafting and communication skills are required.
