Are you a Corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in your career as a Corporate PSL / Knowledge Lawyer in a major international law firm? Our client advises on all types of corporate law including private and public M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, private equity and ECM transactions. It has a new role for a PSL to join the Corporate group on either a full or part-time basis.

As the sole PSL in the group, you would be joining a well established Knowledge function and will work collaboratively with lawyers and other professionals in other parts of the firm in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Keeping the group updated on legal developments
  • Delivering training to clients and trainees
  • Updating and maintaining precedents
  • Supporting the development and use of legal technology both in the UK and internationally

The ideal candidate will be a senior level Corporate lawyer with strong transactional experience gained at another international firm or in-house. You will have significant knowledge of UK company law and corporate practice, and will have experience of at least two of the following areas: M&A, ECM and PE/venture capital. Some experience of legal AI technologies would be beneficial, and this role would suit applicants who are looking to make their first move into a PSL role as well as those who already have PSL experience.
