Are you an experienced corporate lawyer who would like to move into a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer role at a leading law firm, on a full or part-time basis? Working alongside another private equity PSL as well as other PSLs in the firm's wider corporate group, in this role you will have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the external profile, efficiency and ongoing technical development of one of the largest teams of private equity lawyers in the City.
- Developing and maintaining precedents and guidance notes
- Organising and delivering training
- Keeping the group and clients informed about legal developments relevant to private equity
- Participating in innovation initiatives to identify and implement new technologies for the team
You will ideally have strong experience in private equity and private M&A, with excellent drafting and presentation skills. Some experience with legal technology, document automation and/or AI tools would be advantageous, and prior PSL experience would be beneficial but the firm is also happy to consider candidates who are looking to move into their first PSL role.
