They are seeking to appoint a Corporate Partner to join its well-resourced Corporate team, with a particular focus on private company M&A and high growth clients. The team advises an impressive and diverse client base spanning technology, real estate, and financial services, among other sectors. Work includes advising on UK and cross-border transactions ranging from public and private M&A to business combinations, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions. The role will involve leading deals from inception to completion, working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
