An exciting opportunity has arisen at this Magic Circle firm for a (3-5PQE) Corporate M&A lawyer.

You will work as part of an established and leading 15 partner team, providing corporate advice to clients across a range of industry sectors, whilst enjoying access to high value, cross-border and complex M&A deals.

As a midlevel associate, you can expect to benefit from high levels of responsibility and client contact, whilst working as a part of a tight-knit and collaborative team, who are encouraged to partake in BD and networking activities. The firm provides the very best training and support and offers up to 50% home working.
