The firm has an excellent reputation within the tech sector, working closely with tech and media start-ups on high profile and cutting edge transactions, as well as in other industries, including Energy and Financial Services.
Whilst the team enjoys a focus towards TMT and cleantech sectors, associates can expect to gain broad experience across a wide range of industries, whilst being exposed to M&A, PE, VC and ECM transactions.
