An international firm has a new role for a Construction Litigation PSL/Knowledge Lawyer to work on either a full or part-time basis. The successful candidate will be the sole PSL in the firm's well-regarded Construction Litigation group, focusing particularly on the areas of information management, training and business development.
You would be joining a well-established Knowledge function, working collaboratively with lawyers and other professionals in other parts of the firm in a supportive and collegiate environment. The PSL will have a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Keeping the team updated on legal developments
- Answering technical queries
- Creating and updating precedents
- Preparing and delivering training
- Writing client updates and briefings
- Attending client events
This role would suit applicants who are looking to make their first move into a PSL role as well as those who already have PSL experience. You will be expected to have a range of contentious construction experience gained at a major firm, and strong communication and organisation skills are required.
