The asset finance group at this international practice is seeking a bright mid-level associate / senior associate to handle multi-asset class financing transactions. The team are involved in international transactional work involving the financing and leasing of aircraft, rolling stock and other equipment. The work is highly varied and you will be advising on financing transactions for many different classes of assets, particularly aircraft, rail and real estate and on a variety of structures including syndicated loans, operating and finance leases, vendor financing, receivables financing and securitisations.
Clients include major banks, leasing companies, airlines and other corporates. To be considered for this role you should be c.3-7pqe with a track record of success handling complex asset finance experience. This will have been gained at a well regarded City or US practice in the City. The team is well structured and the career track will be excellent. Excellent remuneration and agile working arrangements.
