Our menus are built on the Noble Inns ethos of sourcing ingredients with the utmost provenance, from dayboat fish to game from the Royal estates, bringing honesty and clarity to every dish.
We also collect our fruit and vegetables fresh each morning from New Spitalfields Market, ensuring the very best seasonal produce.

As our
Group Senior Sous Chef , you’ll play a key role across our four sites, working alongside our Head Chefs to maintain exceptional standards while supporting and developing each kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role for an ambitious chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of working across multiple sites.
You’ll be confident running all sections, stepping into the Head Chef’s role when required, mentoring junior chefs, and contributing to menu development and operational excellence.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a quality-driven kitchen.
- The confidence to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Experience working alongside Head Chefs to develop new dishes, drive food sales, and achieve GP targets.
- A thorough understanding of food safety, health and safety, and kitchen compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A positive, hardworking attitude with a passion for motivating and developing junior chefs.
- A genuine desire to continue learning, refine your skills, and progress your career.
- The flexibility and enthusiasm to work across our different sites, supporting our kitchens where needed and learning from a talented team of Head Chefs.
