We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team, with the opportunity to work across one of our four venues

THE ROLE
As a Bartender at Noble Inns, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional bar experience while supporting the wider venue throughout service.
You will be expected to create high-quality drinks efficiently and consistently, while providing warm, knowledgeable and engaging service to every guest.
Great bartending at Noble Inns is about more than making drinks.
It is about hospitality, attention to detail, product knowledge, speed, presentation and creating an atmosphere that guests want to return to.
You will work closely with the front-of-house, kitchen and management teams to ensure every service runs smoothly.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver consistently high standards of beverage and guest service.
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately, efficiently and consistently.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Confidently explain the drinks menu and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and continue developing your drinks knowledge.
- Ensure every drink is presented to Noble Inns standards.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy services.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Complete bar preparation and mise en place before service.
- Communicate clearly with waiters, kitchen staff and management.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or issues promptly.
- Follow correct procedures for stock handling, wastage and storage.
- Maintain excellent glassware, equipment and bar presentation standards.
- Deliver friendly, confident and professional service to every guest.
- Build relationships with regular guests and contribute to a welcoming bar environment.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalation issues appropriately.
- Follow all licensing, responsible service, health & safety and company procedures.
- Complete opening and closing duties to the required standard.
- Support the wider team when required and contribute to a positive service environment.
