- Create and implement an annual territory business plan, covering customer objectives, call planning and sales activity.
- Keep up to date with market developments, competitor activity and customer trends, sharing relevant market intelligence with the wider business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity and territory information using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support and deliver marketing activity.
- Bring ideas and market insight to sales, marketing and product development initiatives.
- Ensure all customer and commercial activity complies with relevant regulatory, pharmacovigilance, GMP+ and company requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and in accordance with established company procedures.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility with a wide range of customers.
- Confidence communicating and presenting technical information to both veterinary professionals and farmers.
- A proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded approach.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage your own workload and territory.
- A willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Northern Ireland and South West Scotland.
- Good IT skills, including experience working with CRM systems.
