Noble Futures are looking for an expert in cattle with connections in the veterinary corporate industry as well as agricultural and equine trade channels. If you are currently a high performing Key Account Manager or Sales Manager looking for a platform where you can lead a dedicated team, shape national sales strategy, and spearhead major new product launches in the large animal sector this role was built for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategy & Execution: Use your ruminant sector knowledge to define and implement regional prospecting and sales objectives by market segment, product group, and territory.
  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing field sales team, helping them smash targets and progress professionally.
  • Master Corporate Accounts: Directly oversee and negotiate contracts with major veterinary corporate key accounts in collaboration with the KAM and Sales Director.
  • Launch & Collaborate: Partner closely with Marketing and Technical departments to co-develop powerful campaign messages, launch new products, and analyse competitor intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Ruminant Industry Expert: Deep, specialised knowledge of the livestock/cattle market and veterinary products.
  • Corporate Veterinary & Trade Savvy: Proven experience managing corporate veterinary key accounts and navigating trade channels.
  • Tech & Mobile Ready: Comfortable with CRM tools and data analytics platforms, and holding a valid full UK driving license.
  • Leadership: Coaching and mentoring experience is preferred.

Remuneration: Up to £85,000 DOE, Private Healthcare and Life insurance, Enhanced pension contributions, Company car/allowance.
