Noble Futures are working in partnership with a highly successful and rapidly expanding global leader in the equine health industry. Operating from a state-of-the-art, GMP+-certified production facility, they manufacture a large range of products that have been developed alongside vets and trainers worldwide. Currently exporting to more than 60 countries, their rapid export growth and robust new product development pipeline have positioned them as one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector.
To accelerate this trajectory, they are now seeking a commercially driven, International Sales Manager to join their global team.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive new business development across international markets, taking responsibility for building distributor networks, converting prospects into long-term partners, and delivering consistent, measurable sales growth.
- Navigate diverse international markets, and open doors in territories where the brand is still being established.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, equine events, and industry conferences to build the brand and sales pipeline simultaneously.
- Partner with internal nutrition, quality, and marketing teams to develop market-specific strategies, while providing critical market intelligence and sales forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- International equine sales experience, with a proven track record of selling into equine markets abroad.
- Strong distributor and channel management experience across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills across cultural and language boundaries.
- Must be based in Europe and willing to travel.
Rumeneration:
- Basic salary of £/€100-120,000 per annum
