We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international animal health organisation that is seeking a commercially driven International Key Account Manager to grow and strengthen B2B partnerships across the UK, Ireland and wider European markets.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role managing multinational key accounts and driving commercial expansion across a diverse portfolio of companion animal and large animal products. This position requires frequent international travel across Europe to develop and maintain key customer relationships.
The Role
- Lead and grow key international accounts across the UK, Ireland and Europe
- Build strong, senior-level relationships within complex global organisations
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and pipeline products
- Develop and execute clear commercial plans for each key account
- Support product launches and promotional strategies within your accounts
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and long-term agreements
- Monitor performance, market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strong delivery and execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
The Candidate
They are looking for an engaging, entrepreneurial commercial professional who is confident in driving opportunity and influencing decision makers.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience within the animal health sector, ideally managing key or global accounts (essential)
- A degree in Veterinary, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of major international animal health organisations and market dynamics
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to work independently while working effectively with wider teams
- Experience using CRM systems
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally frequently
