Field-Based - Cheshire & Surrounding Areas

What if your next genetics role gave you more than just the list of bulls to sell? This is an opportunity to become a genuine partner to farmers, helping them make better decisions about breeding, genetics, technology, and their herd's future performance.

You have an established customer base from day one, the freedom to manage your territory in your own way, and the backing of a global dairy business with much more to offer farmers than genetics alone. From breeding decisions and herd genetics through to digital livestock solutions, you'll be able to have much broader conversations on farm and build relationships that go beyond the next sale.

Why make the move?

  • Take ownership of an established territory and make it your own
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with farmers
  • Work across genetics and innovative livestock technology
  • Have the autonomy to manage your own diary and customer relationships
  • Join a global business with strong products, support and future opportunities

Up to approximately £50,000 basic salary DOE + £60,000+ OTE (uncapped). Company car and an excellent wider benefits package.

Who are we looking for?

You'll need a minimum of two years' experience within livestock genetics or digital livestock solutions and a strong understanding of the dairy industry. More importantly, you'll be someone farmers trust - commercially sharp, knowledgeable, proactive and equally comfortable talking breeding strategy around the kitchen table as you are walking the herd.

If you're ready for a role where your knowledge can have a genuine impact on-farm, this could be a very exciting next step.
