Our exclusive client, a specialist UK MedTech company who are currently setting a new standard for how the veterinary industry tackles antimicrobial resistance, are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. Following a successful international launch and rapid adoption across the animal health sector, the business is now significantly growing its specialist team to keep pace with demand. This is a high-level consultancy role where you’ll work directly with Veterinary Specialists and Lead Clinicians, helping them implement a genuine step-change in infection management and clinical protocols. You will act as the vital link between a world-class R&D centre and the surgeons on the frontline who are using advanced science to transform animal care.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ sales experience within the animal health industry
  • Veterinary, animal science, or related scientific background
  • Proven success in consultative selling and relationship management
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Desirable: Existing relationships with independent veterinary practices, corporate veterinary groups or referral centres
  • Experience selling medical or specialist veterinary devices
