Our client, a well-established business within the agricultural sector, is seeking an Agricultural Territory Manager to cover the Southwest region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a successful career in a field-based role, managing relationships with farmers, identifying new business opportunities, and representing a high-quality product offering to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the southwest territory and drive its ongoing growth
- Build strong relationships with farming customers across the region
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Spend time in the field meeting customers and understanding their needs
- Deliver a consultative approach, providing solutions that add real value
- Manage your pipeline and territory activity effectively using CRM systems
- Represent the business professionally and develop long-term customer partnerships
About You:
- A strong background in the agricultural, farming or animal health industry (or a related sector)
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience (or in a customer-facing role)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organised approach
- Comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence
