Are you a proven sales professional within the animal health industry seeking your next commercial role? We are working with a global animal health business who are looking for a results-driven Territory Manager to maximise product penetration and profitability within their key large animal and equine customer base. If you thrive on analysis, strategic account management, and hitting challenging targets, and have a solid background in the animal health industries, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
- Strategic Account Management: Driving sales and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts as well as developing new business relationships in the veterinary and trade markets.
- Exceeding Targets: Meeting and surpassing sales objectives based on turnover, product performance, and call frequency.
- Driving Campaigns: Consistently adopting and implementing marketing campaign messages, analysing their effectiveness, and providing immediate, relevant feedback.
- Efficiency & Reporting: Utilising provided data tools to identify market opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely budget monitoring and contract completion.
About You
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable success in a commercial/sales role within the animal health, pharmaceutical, or related sector (companion, equine, or large animal experience welcome).
- Essential Industry Knowledge: A background in or deep understanding of large animal and equine practice, farming, or related industry is crucial for credibility and successful customer engagement.
- Analytical Acumen: Skilled in using data to segment accounts, identify opportunities, and report on market intelligence (competitive analysis, customer expectations).
- Self-Motivated & Organised: Exceptional planning and organisation skills to ensure target call rates are met efficiently with minimum travel.
