Operations Manager - North West office-based - 12 month FTC

A well-established national company highly respected across the animal health and agricultural sectors is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at their office in the North West of England, this role requires a versatile individual with strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities and a talent for building and maintaining relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee existing client accounts, ensuring regular and effective communication
  • Develop, implement, and maintain streamlined processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare forecasts, manage rebate schemes, and interpret key data sets
  • Respond flexibly and efficiently to incoming queries
  • Act as a liaison, solving issues and facilitating communication between stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of campaigns to end users

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar operations or coordination role; background in agriculture or animal health is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • A natural organiser who understands the value of smooth, efficient running of day-to-day operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Must be based in the North West of England and able to commute to the office
