We're recruiting on behalf of a global leader in speciality feed ingredients, supplying technically differentiated nutritional products into the ruminant and monogastric sector. This is a technically led commercial role working closely with compound feed manufacturers across the UK. It's a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong grounding in animal nutrition who wants broader commercial responsibility without moving away from the technical detail.

The Role

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key customer relationships within the UK feed manufacturing sector.
  • Ensuring customers receive the right commercial support and technical product guidance on an established range of speciality feed ingredients used in ruminant and monogastric nutrition.
  • Management of established key accounts.
  • Commercial growth within existing customer relationships.
  • Targeted business development across the compound feed sector.
  • Technical support and product positioning at customer level.
  • Building relationships with feed manufacturers and industry nutritionists.
  • Input into demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
  • Frequent travel across the UK will be required.

What We're Looking For:

  • BSc or MSc in Animal Science or Ruminant Nutrition (or similar).
  • Minimum 5 years' commercial experience (ideally within speciality ingredient sales).
  • Strong technical understanding of ruminant and monogastric nutrition.
  • Proven commercial track record.
  • Proactive, relationship-driven and comfortable working independently.
