Do you have a passion for animal health & well-being? Are you eager to make a difference in animals' lives? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Innovation Manager to drive existing and new product development, market expansion, and strategic innovative initiatives. This role combines marketing expertise, project management skills, and industry knowledge to identify emerging trends, develop innovative solutions, and ensure the successful commercialisation of new animal health products.
Key Requirements:
- Responsible for EPD & NPD projects through the Gate and launch process to deliver the AOP product pipeline
- Strong background in marketing, innovation management, or new product development
- Lead and complete scorecards for Gate meetings and accountability for Gate input for key stakeholders ensuring all EPD/NPD follow the Gate process
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure feasibility & compliance
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Manage branding, positioning, and messaging for innovative products
- Minimum of 3 years in an Innovation role (animal health or nutrition desirable)
- Experience in launch gate process management in concept to launch
- Proven experience of contribution to successful product innovations
Working office hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm hybrid working with 2 days office based per week.

- Salary range £60-70k depending on experience + 10% bonus based on performance
