Our forward thinking and ambitious clients are seeking a knowledgeable Head of Sales to take full responsibility of the commercial teams across the UK and Ireland, drive forward customer experience and hard-hitting sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and scale-up across multiple markets
- Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and regions
- Oversee customer onboarding, support and full lifecycle management
- Build and scale high-performing sales and customer success teams
- Align commercial strategy with other departments and the Board to continue with national and international expansion
What You’ll Bring
- Must have experience and knowledge of the agricultural or animal health sector
- Extensive experience in Sales or Commercial roles
- Proven leadership and coaching ability
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and building scalable teams
- Strong analytical skills; confident using CRM systems and forecasting tools
- Comfortable working across the UK and Ireland travelling where necessary
- Deep understanding of customer experience management
