What will you be doing?
- Working directly with livestock farmers across Lancashire
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Prospecting and winning new business
- Selling a range of livestock products and herd management solutions
- Managing your own diary and planning your territory
- Building your network, knowledge and credibility within the industry
Who we're looking for?
You might already work in agricultural sales, or perhaps you're an agricultural branch manager who knows the industry, deals with farmers every day and is ready for the next step.
We are looking for
- 2+ years' sales experience (within agriculture, animal health or a related sector)
- A strong understanding of agriculture and the livestock industry
- Someone comfortable and credible walking onto farm
- A natural ability to build relationships with farmers
- The drive to prospect and win new customers
- An ambitious, outgoing and self-motivated personality
- Someone who enjoys having independence and responsibility
