Are you a Vet Nurse or Vet looking to make the move into a veterinary sales role? Or perhaps you're already working in veterinary sales and ready for a fresh challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proactive Area Sales Manager to join a leading supplier in the veterinary and medical equipment sector. This role offers the chance to manage a well-established sales territory in the North West, building strong relationships with customers and driving growth across a diverse product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers within the designated territory.
- Manage all sales activities including quotes, enquiries, and orders within your region.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and repeat business.
- Plan and manage your own schedule, including client visits, expenses, and activity reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Sales Manager to ensure business objectives are met.
- Prepare quotations and process orders using the internal sales system.
- Analyse customer activity to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to deliver effective demonstrations, negotiations, and installations.
- Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions across the UK.
