Take ownership of an established Farm & Equine territory and drive sustainable growth through long-term veterinary partnerships.

This is a field-based Territory Manager role for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-led selling and time spent face-to-face with customers. Covering a well established Farm & Equine territory with strong existing business and clear headroom for growth, you will spend around 80% of your time on the road, developing trusted partnerships with veterinary practices and key decision-makers.

Working closely with a Regional Manager and cross functional colleagues, you will execute marketing strategies, grow market share, and drive profitable, sustainable sales across your patch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a defined Farm & Equine territory, achieving annual sales and activity targets.
  • Build strong relationships with vets, practice managers and buying groups, increasing loyalty and product usage.
  • Execute national and regional marketing campaigns to drive market share and product performance.
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and inform territory planning.
  • Effectively manage major, corporate and independent accounts in line with agreed strategies.
  • Accurately record activity, expenses and insights using CRM and reporting tools.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience selling into large animal (farm) and/or equine veterinary practices or strong track record of field-based sales success, ideally within animal health or a related sector.
  • Confident relationship builder, able to influence prescribing and purchasing behaviour.
  • Highly organised, with excellent territory planning and time-management skills.
  • Commercially astute, comfortable using data to demonstrate value and profitability.
  • Experience using CRM systems and standard office software.
